Shipping & Delivery

Our stated aim is to process orders on the same business day. Orders placed on public holidays, or orders requiring additional checks, may be processed later. Processing on the same day is not guaranteed.

Standard delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Available delivery services and the estimate for your address will be shown at checkout.

Express delivery is not currently offered. Free standard shipping is available on every order.

Pawqivo aims to serve customers in the UK and internationally. Available countries and regions depend on the delivery options enabled for your address at checkout.

International shipping availability, delivery estimates, and any applicable charges should be confirmed at checkout before completing your order.

Tracking details are provided for orders with a tracked delivery service. When available, these details will be sent using the contact information supplied with your order.

We may use different delivery partners depending on your location and the service available. The carrier used for your order may vary.
